DunHuangJincheng Hotel

I was very satisfied with this hotel when I stayed in Dunhuang this time. The main reason was that the boss was kind and proactive. He greeted me and directed parking as soon as my car arrived at the yard. He also offered free laundry. The bathroom was equipped with a full set of disposable toiletries (toothbrush sets, shampoo, shower gel, towels, and toilet seat). It was very friendly for those who love cleanliness. A good hotel should be shared with everyone. I wish the boss a prosperous business.

The hotel has a courtyard at the entrance, where many drivers park, which is very convenient. For a budget hotel, it has all the amenities you'd expect, with the disposable towels and face cloths being a plus. The room was spacious for two people, with plenty of water for a comfortable shower, though there were no separate wet and dry areas. The owner and staff were very helpful and provided information about tourist attractions. On my first day, the staff even drove me to the night market and shared helpful information about Dunhuang, which was very touching. The hotel is located outside the city center, across the street from Dunhuang Park and the bus station. However, getting around and dining requires a bit of a walk, but taxis are easily accessible. Dunhuang isn't a large city; I walked to the city center in 30 minutes and to the Dunhuang Bookstore on the Dang River in 20 minutes.

I have to give a good review for this. First, the boss and the staff are very enthusiastic. When they see the car coming in, they come to help ask if you want to park for them, and they also help direct the reverse. Second, the boss upgraded the standard room I booked to a family room for free when he saw that I brought two children. Third, the room is clean and hygienic. All disposable face and bath towels are used. When I went in, I saw that the quilt covers and sheets were just changed and smelled the smell of sun exposure. Fourth and most importantly, the boss is a young man who retired from the military. He is well-educated and cares about customers. It makes people feel like they are back home. I swear that every word is true. I highly recommend it...

不能跟連鎖酒店比，但在可接受範圍內，也符合價位。值得表揚的是服務很熱情。主動升了房，孩子想買滑沙板，老闆特意從庫房翻出來一個讓孩子拿着用，很有人情味的店家。

酒店是一個帶院子的小樓，規模不大，但是前台很熱情，主動告知我們敦煌的應急票不限時間讓我們早點去不排隊非常棒的建議。有一個院子能停七八部車還可以電動車充電，房間設施也挺新。
