I want to give it a ten! ! Hahaha, after arriving at the hotel, they upgraded my room. My two nights' accommodation fee was not as much as one night's accommodation fee for the upgraded room. What a grand hotel. Facilities: The room is large, with a refrigerator, bathtub, comfortable bed and pillows, Xiaodu, and many connected devices. You can switch lights and curtains by voice. Hygiene: Very clean. I stayed for two nights. The room was cleaned very well on the second day. Because I got up early to go to Crescent Lake, the room was not cleaned. Towels and toiletries were placed on the table. When I came back, the room was cleaned very neatly. Environment: Very, very good. You can see the bus to Mogao Grottoes, the railway station and the airport when you walk out of the hotel lobby! There is a bus at around 6 o'clock in the morning. It is just across the street from Shazhou Market, and Dunhuang Night Market and large shopping malls are about a 5/10 minute walk away. Walk 5 minutes to the bus stop and take bus No. 3 to Crescent Lake. The room is very quiet and the corridors are very clean. Service: We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 pm. The front desk clerk gave us the room card and didn't tell us about the upgrade. We were shocked when we got to the room. After checking in, we couldn't project the screen, so we called the waiter, who patiently adjusted the network to solve the problem. Breakfast is a meal, you can ask them to serve more after you finish eating. Noodles, flower rolls and meat buns are all delicious😋 Yogurt and fruit were delivered every day. There is a pick-up service, and I enjoyed the drop-off at the station. It turned out to be an Audi A6... The driver drove smoothly. The delivery was scheduled for 6:30 in the morning, and the driver arrived at the hotel at 6:20. Although it was very early, the master was very punctual. Coming back from Mingsha Mountain, it’s a good time to take a bath in the bathtub!

This time we stayed in a south-facing room with good sunlight. The windows could be opened and there was air conditioning in the room, so the socks and towels washed at night could be hung out to dry. The hotel offers free airport shuttle. There is a bus to the airport and Mogao Grottoes opposite, 5 yuan per person and very convenient. You can get off at Dunhuang Night Market on bus No. 3 and walk there in ten minutes. It is very convenient to eat nearby. I recommend Wangji mutton noodle soup and Yangji dry food.

This family room is great. There are three of us, each with a large double bed. It is really cost-effective to come to Dunhuang in the off-season. The hotel service is very good. They checked us in early in the morning and delayed our check-out to 2 o'clock. They also provide free yogurt and snacks every day. The location is convenient, right next to the Shazhou Night Market, so it's easy to go anywhere. They also provide drop-off service. Although many famous restaurants are closed during the off-season, it's Chinese New Year, and we've eaten too much meat and fish at home, so there are still some restaurants open for a simple meal.

The only free airport pick-up service booked online was great. The driver was very enthusiastic. I forgot his name. He helped take photos and introduced the location of the scenic spots while driving. It was convenient and quick. After arriving, I saw that the location was good. There were many markets and shops around. It was very close to the scenic spots and the transportation was convenient. There was a bus across the street. The bus and taxi could arrive quickly. I stayed for 3 nights (the price was cheap in the off-season). The room was spacious, clean and tidy, with two large beds. Snacks were given every day. It was very close to the Dunhuang Night Market and Shazhou Night Market. It was great👍👍
