設施：設施很新有格調。小院裏爬架的金銀花和桌椅相得益彰。從莫高窟玩完回來正好到了晌午，温度上來了一點。大哥大姐給切了西瓜，和老公坐在小院裏吃西瓜、喂小貓，非常愜意。晚上這裏也比較安靜，睡得很好。
衞生：打掃得很及時，外面的桌椅也是每天都在清理。也有用水管沖洗。
服務：很熱情。賓至如歸。我們是自駕經過敦煌，遊玩路線、駕駛注意事項，大哥大姐都事無鉅細、不厭其煩。
很幸運第一次遠途自駕住在了這裏，距離鳴沙山和莫高窟都不遠。我們一天去了鳴沙山一天去了莫高窟，行程很輕鬆，在這裏休息得很好。去了玉關宴和敦煌印局都很不錯。可以嚐嚐沙葱喔，和老公兩天吃了三次沙葱，很喜歡。喜歡敦煌，喜歡這麼有人情味的東歸疊院。旺季來了。生意興隆。

比較隨意的自駕遊，當天到敦煌的時候搜到的酒店不是很滿意，就盲選了這家民宿，預訂了兩個晚上，結果是行程中非常大的驚喜。強烈推薦！！
①民宿很新很乾凈，停車非常方便（還有充電樁），房間裏面層高很高，加上床品軟硬適中，户外很安靜，所以睡得很好。
②離鳴沙山特別近，開車到莫高窟也不遠，出行便利，不會擁堵。
③早餐特別棒，有手作的饅頭包子，還有自己醃的黃瓜小菜，水果等等，每天是隨機的，有什麼忌口的都可以説，就是分量太大了，可以少一點嘿嘿。
④行程中我們安排了莫高窟和鳴沙山，但是我們住的當天鳴沙山沒有演唱會，所以我們看完莫高窟就去了老闆推薦的敦煌印局，很不錯的體驗。
⑤老闆以前玩越野車隊的，帶我們去追了沙漠落日，看了日出，天氣不是很給力，但是小朋友玩得很開心，看得出老闆和他的合夥人在很用心地經營民宿，希望生意越來越棒！

好大個，好甜😋）還有當地乾果，小院子裏自己種了蘋果樹，蘋果無限暢吃，很美味！！！房間乾淨整潔無異味，一次性的洗漱用品非常乾淨，主要是裝修風格很棒，都是木質的傢俱🪑，沒有異味呀～窗外還可以看到花園景觀，傍晚吹吹風特別舒服。房間裏的細節也很戳人，床品柔軟得像陷進雲朵裏，隔音效果好睡得很安穩。主要是位置很棒，開車五分鐘就能到鳴沙山月牙泉景區入口啦，老闆還管接管送✌️還給我們拿了鞋套，省時又省力～對啦，最後走的那天早晨老闆還給提供了早飯，我發誓是我在大西北吃的最好的一頓早飯，全是熱乎的，還有剛剛蒸出來的花捲和小米粥^^最後是老闆給我們帶的伴手禮呀，這麼多的核桃和大棗，真的好幸福😊下次來這座城市，絕對還選這裏！明年見🥰

民宿離鳴沙山很近，步行可達。小院兒環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，配有加濕器，電動馬桶，床品舒適，睡覺安靜。早餐是老闆娘親自下廚做的，美味可口，每天都不一樣，花捲貼餅子包子，雜糧粥小米粥豆漿牛奶，雞蛋，管夠。老闆熱血青年，熱愛越野，可以一起探討路線，發現更多更美的景色！

這個酒店我一定要評價。體驗感真的非常好！！老闆人也很好，親自開車送我們去鳴沙山。因為沙塵暴的原因我們到酒店的時候已經是凌晨兩點了，老闆也一直在等着我們。還主動給我們升級了親子房。環境也很好，也很乾凈。早飯是老闆娘親自下廚做的，味道也好。下次來敦煌一定還住這。

非常推薦的一家酒店。首先，酒店很乾凈，床品很舒服，基礎用品的質量也非常好👍其次，位置很好。離景區和夜市都很近，但都不在核心區域內，我們第一天到了去吃晚餐的時候11點了，夜市附近的路上都還在堵車，一直都有按喇叭的聲音，非常的嘈雜而且尾氣味道很大，所以很慶幸遠離了這些核心區域，睡的很安靜很舒服。最後，最值得的是服務真的太好了，早餐準備的非常貼心，有小孩吃的也有大人吃的，非常推薦！
