There is sand on the floor of the guest room in many places, which should be because the mopping was not done well 8. There is no self-service breakfast, so we ordered it in advance. This is no problem. The key is that we said three times that it should be served at 8:30, but it was not served at 8:45. In the middle, three waiters came to ask which room it was. We booked two rooms for three people, and two servings were served at 8:50, so another colleague and I had one serving. 9. No doorman to welcome guests 10. I booked a room for 599 yuan on Ctrip, and they called me the next day at noon to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. I said, "Yes, I will order the original room on Ctrip to extend my stay." They said, "It's the same if you go to the front desk to extend your stay." When I went back to the hotel front desk to check in, they told me the price was 799, but I ended up continuing my stay at 599 on Ctrip. How can they still rip me off? 11. After reporting so many issues, they just said sorry, but it didn't work. 12. I seriously doubt that this is not a real five-star hotel. . . Everyone, please avoid this pit.

Since the flight was much earlier, we were arranged to check in at 10 am. We could have a good rest. The hotel is newly opened. There are not many options for breakfast. The service is still very good. It is close to the city, Mogao Grottoes, and Mingsha Mountain. The location is good. The hotel has a good shape and Han and Tang style.

I booked a special room at the hotel for this trip. I didn't expect that the hotel not only upgraded my room type for free, but also gave me breakfast!
