Overall great location and great stay. The hotel is located about 10-15 min walk to the night market, and is already located on a side street off a main road. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself shows a bit of age but doesn’t seem overtly dirty. The lobby and hallways smell of cigarettes, as do practically all chinese hotels. Surprisingly though, my room did not have any odor, which after 9 different hotel stays this trip, was a much welcomed gift. The carpeting in the room did not seem overtly dirty but I also doubt there is extensive cleaning in between guests. Like other comments have mentioned, the single use towels are weird and I highly doubt the economics of using those instead. The shower was a bit finicky and would occasionally spray hot or cold water despite adjusting it to a suitable temperature. The breakfast was decent. There are a fair amount of non chinese guests and the hotel seems to be welcoming and prepared to host them such as having english handouts regarding your stay.

Nice hotel. Very clean and great location. Many shops and restaurants just outside the hotel and also close to the night market. Air conditioner is very good. Nice and cold also this is the only hotel I find that the rooms don’t have smoking smell. Great!

Very good hotel, spacious and clean, in a convenient location. I would like to thank 小秦 who extended our stay until 6 pm afternoon for our flight connection, it was greatly appreciated. I would like to thank the lady No. 3 at the front desk for her excellent services throughout our stay. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

There was very little that wasn't perfect about this hotel. Room was comfortable and was cleaned daily whilst we were at breakfast. The lobby is a relaxing place with free tea, water and snacks.
We were not over-keen by the disposable towels, but there was an option to have cotton towels which we didn't take up.
Breakfast could have been improved for the international traveller. This area has some great yoghurts, it would be great if these (and some nuts/seeds etc) were added to the breakfast selection.
This was a pay-at-property booking, they don't allow payment with a bank card via trip.com, and they then do not accept mastercard/visa. Luckily we had Alipay linked to a Chinese bank account which we used, as the amount exceeded a limit in Wechat pay where linked to an international card. This may be an issue for some travellers.

Hotel staff are exceptional, customer oriented and paid kind attention to customer’s needs. Walking distance to the night market. Breakfast was delicious and very good variety. Special thanks to front of desk hotel staff no.11 & no.31, and also the friendly and helpful parking attendant. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Such a great location. Close to very useful bus lines. Street of small restaurants 1 minute walk and night markets 5-10 minute walk. Fabulous front desk staff - every one of them. Even helped me order in food when I was unwell and unable to go out. Only small criticism is that I didn’t like the disposable towels.

The hotel's towels and bath towels were disposable, and the charging station was slow, so my ES6 couldn't charge. We arrived too late and there were no parking spaces. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 1:30 AM, and the next morning, we were woken up by customer service at 9:30 AM to ask if we wanted to extend our stay. This behavior was unreasonable. Breakfast ended at 9:30, which seemed too early!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the environment was great. It's in the city center, close to Shazhou Night Market, Danghe River, and bookstores. There are many restaurants, specialty shops, and cultural and creative stores nearby. The service is excellent, including free airport pickup and luggage delivery to the room. The air conditioning was turned on before I arrived, and they thoughtfully prepared welcome fruit and unlimited drinking water. Transportation is convenient, with bus No. 3 to Mingsha Mountain stopping right at the door. It's very easy to get a taxi to various locations. I'd definitely stay here again next time.
