I stayed at Dunhuang International Hotel the day before and it cost more than 1,000. At least the facilities, environment and service, breakfast and pricing match the price. I changed to this the next day and it feels like an ordinary fast hotel. It’s a bit unfair that the price of this restaurant is too high during the peak season.

I came here for this newly renovated hotel and booked it for three days in a row because I believed in the Huazhuhui brand, but I was very disappointed. I booked a boutique twin room. The room was very small and the suitcase couldn't be opened to the ground. The bed was also shorter than normal and the same bed sheets that come with it are not long enough elsewhere here at FusionExcel. Every morning at six o'clock in the morning, I was woken up by the loud noise outside the window. Sometimes at night, after eleven o'clock, there was the sound of garbage being collected or goods being loaded, making it impossible to have a normal rest. There was nothing edible for breakfast, there was no coffee machine, the milk was as bland as water, and even the freshly cooked noodles were not tasty, like dried noodles. The water supply was temporarily cut off without notice, from the afternoon to 90 o'clock in the evening. During this period, you could not use the bathroom to wash your hands normally. The hotel did not provide any solutions and asked the guests to endure it. After the water supply was restored, the water pipes were full of gas, and toilet water sprayed everywhere. Go and ask the front desk and ask for sympathy. It won't solve any problem and won't provide any compensation. It's worse than a robot. The guest paid for the hotel to be considerate of your work mistakes? We asked the front desk to ask for a car package for a one-day tour of the Western Route. We explained that there were two of us, and they introduced us to a 7-seater business car at a price higher than the ordinary market price. I don’t know what they were worried about. When you are making extra money, your brain works faster. If you have no choice, I would not recommend it. It is far lower than the standard of Huazhu Club and the price is not cheap. There are many better choices in Dunhuang at this price.

Very new, but economical. The hardware is still lagging behind those of All Seasons, Orange, Lavande, and Atour. The area is small, there are too few countertops to place things, there is no place to put washing supplies on the sink, and there is not even hair care. The soap, shampoo and shower gel are also from various brands. It is my first time staying in Hanting. It may be better than other Hanting. After all, it is very new.

The room was very small and clean. The service was not that good. The price on the day of check-in was cheaper than what I had booked before. The front desk did not refund the money and went through the process directly. Other Hanting hotels will let you cancel the order and place a new order. It is dishonest.

We are now back home and staying in this hotel in Dunhuang is truly a nightmare. My wife and I checked into the hotel on February 13th. I went downstairs to argue with them, and the security guard muttered that it wasn't a big deal. I really can’t believe that in this day and age, in this brand of hotel, such a terrible thing can happen. After the incident, my wife has been in fear and suffered a lot of physical and mental troubles. We went out during the Spring Festival holiday to relax. Physically and mentally, but I encountered such a terrible and abominable thing. The hotel's behavior first violated our privacy, secondly frightened us, and thirdly, the male security guard harassed my wife. Although after official communication from Ctrip, the hotel waived the room fee, and the hotel manager also came over to apologize. But we would never condone something like this, nor this hotel. Everything is recorded, and we will reserve our rights to see how the hotel handles it later.
