Very new hotel, quiet and comfortable rooms. The service was good, unfortunately the pool could not be used, because no water inside. Also the breakfast was a little poor. It is not bad, but a little expensive for the quality of the facilities. Dunhuang old city is very close.

長假過後入住，幾乎沒人，酒店比較新，房間設施還不錯，周邊安靜不吵鬧。缺憾是位置離市區有點遠，晚上從市區開車回來路上黑乎乎的，工作人員很少，説不熱情吧也是有問必答，語氣也温和，但就是覺得缺少點什麼，交流起來有點尷尬😅

第一次來敦煌旅行，選擇了這家酒店，住了一週，真的是旅行加分項，酒店環境整潔，有點復古度假風的風格，房間佈局優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。房間細節也沒得説，服務尤其好，打掃過衞生後客房服務人員還會貼心留下卡片問候，前台也很好，房間裏面會放置水果和敦煌特色果脯，不得不説，細節真的很暖心。酒店也有餐廳，大廚做的菜真不錯，性價比也很高的，羊肉必須豎起大拇指👍👍👍

酒店非常大！房間非常寬敞很新，硬件設施非常棒，服務人員熱情周到；比較讓震撼的是在西北還可以見到這麼好的綠化，綠油油的園林風景可太美了，從酒店可以看到鳴沙山後山，遠遠望去加上園林景色可太美了，讓人忍不住多拍幾張照片.

房間非常整潔，舒適衞生，裝修風格簡約大氣，外部園林風光秀美 很震撼在戈壁沙漠還有這麼好的綠化，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是清理房間還是check in都很順暢；房價性價比很高；晚上還有燒烤，整體體驗很不錯👍.

酒店管理人員從上到下沒有任何服務意識，早早預訂的大床房到的時候説沒有了，她們搞錯了訂單數量，直接給了一個雙床房（剛裝修好的房間門口的一衹燈都掉落了，櫃體線頭直接可見，安全係數可想而知）經攜程客服近兩個小時與酒店交涉，重新給了一個大床房，在此對攜程小哥給予好評和致謝！換了房間後沒有吹風機，第二天從上午開始要了四次，最後才慢騰騰的到地下室拿了一衹，真是無語。更換後的房間的衞生間，可能由於是剛開始入住，第一晚沒啥氣味，第二天有一些氣味，到第三天的返臭味，薰得口鼻發抖！洗衣機是幾乎是微型的，無法進行甩幹操作，直接放棄機洗而自己手洗。早餐質量，呵呵～

提前一個月預訂了酒店，到店前一天電話與酒店確認訂單，被告知酒店某種原因不能營業了，要求我們退單，（是因為什麼大家心裡有數）我們拒絕並告知會投訴酒店，第二天早上又給我打電話説可以住了，入住後一個房間空調不製冷，我們3次到前台反映情況，不解決，找經理説衹能換房，通過2次換房才解決問題，房間電話形同虛設，總枱電話永遠故障，一個完全沒有服務意識的酒店，影響心情，破壞了敦煌在我心中的美好形象，很差的體驗
