服務方面，開發票拖延時間，説在攜程開，還有就是酒店不給配一次性用品，去前台要，結果給的都是牙刷，洗頭，香皂全沒有，

圖一：衞生間玻璃貼紙，圖二：床上方排風口都快掉下來了，還有牆壁紙也要掉了，都是用透明膠帶粘的，無語，圖三：窗外風景，這就是599的家庭套房，衞生間就不拍了，淋浴間不能看，地漏贓死，還有就是前台服務，沒見過這麼差的，總結就是無語無語，住過同等價位最差的酒店

酒店在江邊，環境很好，交通便利，停車很方便。酒店房間很大，也很乾凈，其它設施完備。周邊餐飲店很多，餐飲便捷。

入住體驗非常差，不推薦入住：
1.酒店比較老舊，位置比較偏
2.房間比較冷沒有空調，服務員説怕冷有小太陽（怕不安全沒使用）
3.酒店一樓餐廳正在裝修沒有提示，大堂都是灰
4.早餐不是一般的差，基本上屬於小旅店早餐。
5.房間衞生比較差，毛髮隨處可見。
6.感覺酒店像是小旅館，所有工作人員沒有工作服

就是完全沒有服務、定了最大的4-6人間，就給一張房卡、想多要一張房卡、費好大勁，還被説
沙發臟變色了，讓換也沒法換
服務人員最會説一句話“都這樣”
就很無語、體驗也是絕了

設施衞生等方面都還行。節假日期間停車位有些緊張，酒店也沒有工作人員引導，衹能自己找。房間窗户可以打開，但是卻沒有安裝紗窗，結果夜裡蚊子進來了，把我們都咬醒了。

服務：前台態度很兇，從攜程訂房是免按金免查房，前台表示這些服務是攜程的事，跟他們酒店沒有關係，他們必須要收按金查房！就提供房間內有的四瓶礦泉水，多要水是要額外收費的
設施：也沒有麻將桌就一個小茶几兩個凳子
環境：酒店位置下十字路口都是雙黃線自駕停車挑頭非常不方便
