房門壞的要用力拎起來才關上無保險安全問題，電淋要自己插電，淋浴架壞了沒法洗澡，無抽紙和電吹風機，電視機不入網看不到央視新聞，要付按金50元，私人賓館管理不到位要提高管理水平？

一點不隔音，睡到半夜旁邊屋子入住，大聲吵架聽的很清楚，半夜被吵醒，屋子很冷，交通比較便利，離六鼎山很近
