酒店就在敦化百貨大樓旁邊，入口不是特別明顯，樓下院裏有停車場，方便自駕。衞生間是智能馬桶，使用舒適。南向的房間可以遠眺金鼎大佛，開車十幾分鍾可到景區。

房間很乾凈，還有免費的飲料，咖啡茶葉，礦泉水，服務很貼心！帶家人來住的，都挺滿意，冰箱洗衣機浴缸都有，走的時候前台還貼心送我礦泉水讓我路上喝，下次再來還會首選敦百國際商務酒店！
