房間乾淨整潔，配置的用品特別好用，像一次性拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏，質量特別好，智能馬桶，備有免費的一次性馬桶墊，衞生間乾濕分離。服務特別貼心，房間不僅有茶包，還有一碟小餅乾，特別貼心。

體驗感太差！同樣是延邊朝鮮族自治州的酒店，跟琿春的酒店差太遠！
1.酒店衞生打掃不乾淨，還有毛髮！真是噁心！
2.前台服務還蠻橫的，顧客要求再給一張取電卡，前台理直氣壯的説一間房一張卡，沒有多餘的卡！
3.房間超級小，能放行李的空間幾乎沒有！電視下方的邊緣就不能做寬點嗎？連一個小包都放不下！最多夠一張房卡的寬度！號稱是全智能房間，可是智能馬桶除了沖水其他功能根本就是無法使用！
4.刷牙時開牙刷盒，呵呵，把我給逗樂了，所有提供的洗漱用品都是空盒，盒子裏麪什麼都沒有！
5.衞生間沒有擺放洗浴用品的託盤啊，東西都要擺在地上！
6.最搞笑的是酒店沒有24小時不間斷熱水！被告知每個屋子都是電熱水器，不要洗太久，熱水有限，一開始不知道啊，沖個冷水澡🥶，打電話問了前台才知道要等待我15分鐘，才會有熱水！就這樣頂着沒沖乾淨的身體等了快20分鐘才再寵！老公洗澡時緊張的隨便一沖，生怕熱水沒了！
7.酒店的洗手盆可能是老舊了，非常不牢固！
8.酒店門前停車位有限，非常擁擠！
大家慎住！也不知道好評都是怎麼刷出來的！

房間不大但設計佈局合理，衞生整潔乾淨，環境不錯，服務到位熱情， 到酒店時沒停車位，美女經理把她的車位讓出來，貼心。早餐品種豐富美味可口，值得一住的酒店。
