酒店設施很齊全，前台小姐姐還給我推薦酒店附近的美食風景有很多，酒店離車站也很近，出行很方便，酒店門前有免費的停車位，

酒店位置還可以，火車站過去車程挺近的，房間總體裝修設計還可以，衞生還過得去，就是裝修時間可能有點久了，牆面有些斑駁，不知道為什麼被套已經破損了還在用，好壞希岸也是連鎖酒店，沒必要這麼省吧……

環境玩衞生設施：哪有連鎖酒店的樣子？破舊，設施損壞失修，跟個私人旅店似的。桌子上有擦不掉的污漬；空調都要掉出來了，牆面沒有乾淨的地兒，地板泡水鼓包了。
服務：第一天入住的時候，前台服務員真兇，跟求她入住似的，愛答不理，真噁心，直接把敦化拉黑，再也不作為中轉地了。
嚴重影響旅行體驗的一次住宿，敦化就這種管理方式嗎？

房間很滿意，位置離火車站很近，門口有免費停車位，環境很好，休息的不錯，前台的姐姐還幫我寄存了物品，並且免費給升級了房型，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

訂的是特價房，這種房型是在電梯旁邊，不建議選擇。酒店比較舊，屋內牆上比較臟，其他衹能説還勉強可以接受。這種房型衹適合一個人住，多一個人都轉不開身。距離火車站和汽車站步行約15分鐘。

酒店環境整潔，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，價格也很合理，帶着一家人入住，前台孫瑞陽非常熱情的接待了我們，幫我們上午就提前辦了入住手續，寄存行李。上樓的時候東西落在前台了，我們還沒發現呢後腳直接就給我們送到房間了。簡直是無微不至細心周到，所有的問題都幫你安排解決。建議酒店表揚一下孫女士。

服務真是一言難盡！剛到敦化就直接給個很差的印象。一早到了敦化，跟前台説12點後才能辦入住，就打算把背包寄存在前台，先出去下午再來辦入住。遲早早餐打算寄存背包時，前台來句，到中午不一定有你想要的房型，我們當時就很納悶，預訂當天專門打電話預留了想要的房間，怎麼這時候又説不一定有呢。前台的解釋是，原本中午要退房的，到時不一定退。我們質疑了一下，前台直接來句你們可以退了啊，外邊酒店多的是。雖然最後店長來吧這事解決了，但是真的是很不舒服的體驗。下次去肯定不會再住那了！

很喜歡希岸的裝修風格，而且連鎖酒店衞生環境設施都有保證
房間很舒適
而且服務態度特別好！
酒店地理位置離火車站特別近！！
而且酒店旁邊有一家延辛燒烤特別好吃，緊挨着的湯飯也特別好吃！！！
我臨走時候包丟了，還是前台姐姐發現了給我打電話告訴我的！！！真的太感謝了
