On arriving there were people smoking at main entrance and cigarette butts on ground and smoke blowing into main entrance.Staff were helpful at main counter when they were there ! My room 106 , carpet not hoovered and mess around skirting, Dan not working in bathroom, blood hand stain and smears on wall and plug socket, not impressed .

After a stressful start to our stay (no fault of the hotel) the man at reception was kind and patient with us and helped us so much to give us a chilled stay, will definitely be back had a lovely nights sleep as did the children, also a very accommodating hotel thanks again :)

My company booked me in for a few nights trip. Was very clean and tidy and staff were pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Leona who I mostly dealt with. Extremely happy and welcoming and good knowledge of local area and recommendations. Thanks

This is my second stay here and a great stay came across Leona who I met the last stay for a concert.she was very helpful then and still was and was comforting to know she could vaguely remember me. Leona gave me some helpful guidance on places to go with the family for food and drinks as well as meeting my requests for extra clean towels as well as the room being very clean and tidy Thanks for the stay

I have stayed here 3 times and it's always a good option, no surprises. Plenty of parking, friendly reception and comfortable quiet rooms. Grear value too. It's close to supermarkets, petrol and restaurants too. Recommended.

The reception staff we met was exceptional - he was such a very considerate, compassionate, friendly and helpful guy. Though we checked in so late due to flight delay, our one day stay in the hotel leaves lifelong beautiful memories with us. I think all hotel staff every where should emulate this young angel-man!

Very nice clean room and lovely warm towels. Tea and coffee always available in room or down stairs to top up. Have stayed here about 4 years ago. Would stay there again if in that area. Very nice shower with lovely hot water. Very comfortable bed.
