This hotel is owned by Smithda, located in the city center. Although it is also a motel, it is a little bit inferior to American motels. The room is small and the facilities are all scaled down. They look like they have everything, but they are not good enough. We booked a room for 4 people, but they only gave us 3 chairs. One of us couldn't sit down to eat. We stayed for two nights and didn't disturb the room. The price is close to 1000 per night, which is not cost-effective. It may be related to the fact that there are not many hotels in Dunetin.

The room is average, the facilities are old, and the kitchen is too small for cooking. The boss is Korean and has a pretty good attitude.

Some might rate this lower as it’s an old motel…no super fancy anything. But CLEAN, great linens, great location & garage to park your car in. AND reasonably priced. Also, last 3 places we stayed we had to get help to turn the frickn’ tv on. We just want to watch the 6 pm news. Not navigate the 50 free channels!

Good sized room with kitchen facilities though only small bathroom. Staff pleasant and easy reception formalities.
The motel is well past its best but perfectly adequate for a short stay. A long walk from the city centre and shops.
