Amazing hotel in a very lively town. Location is off the busy street so it’s nice and quiet. Plenty of public parking around. Rooms were great and very comfortable. Had a great stay. Staff were very accommodating also

We arrived in Dunedin at 10:00 pm. Many hotels in this city have no front desk at 7:00 pm. Fortunately, this hotel has one. It looks very safe. But please don't choose the hotel room.
