"The hotel's location is excellent, directly above Dundee Station. You'll find it immediately on your left as you exit the train station. The rooms feature modern, minimalist furnishings and enjoy abundant natural light. Despite being situated above the station, there's absolutely no train noise, thanks to excellent soundproofing. All essential amenities are provided, and the cleanliness is impeccable. True to the Marriott brand, all aspects of the hotel are excellent. Dundee is a very walkable city, with everything reachable on foot from the hotel. For exploring nearby cities and towns, both buses and trains are easily accessible. The hotel staff are also incredibly warm and friendly. Highly recommended!"
"The room is really nice but the location is just a short walk and there are buses going to the train station. The staff could be a bit friendlier to be honest. Breakfast is good selection . But they will ask you for 50 pounds deposit which I was not aware of as I booked pre-paid here on trip.com. Will defo stay there again. The down side is only shower but no bath tub for this kind of room as a suite ."
"The hotel was very close to The Caird Hall where we were going and near eating places and pubs. The room was lovely and clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic due to no tables being available but the food was good when we got one. Would highly recommend and book here again."
"Quite decent, spacious and clean, friendly staff. It seems like there’s been some time since it was last renovated but everything is very well maintained and in working condition. Hot breakfast was okay, it was fun to cook my own waffle."
"West facing room, view over the V&A museum. Room was immaculate, with tea/coffee station. We had a swim in the pool which is lovely too. Staff very friendly. Kindly gave us some toothbrushes as we forgot. Will definitely be back. We didn't opt for breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive. The room toiletries smelled amazing."

"Very good hotel, the space design is very modern, the service is very attentive, there are shopping malls in the neighborhood, there are places to shop, there are also places of literature and art space"
"The price of staying overnight on the way back to Edinburgh is much cheaper than that in Edinburgh. It only takes an hour and a half to drive to Edinburgh. It is a very cost-effective choice."
"The service is warm, the environment is quiet, and there is a restaurant and supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. Lots of parking spaces. We also experienced a room change. The guys and girls at the front desk were very happy to help and gave a big praise👍"

Very Good
GGuest UserAlways my first port of call when flying to Dundee. Stayed many times never been disappointed
Many things to admire about the hotel but the friendly welcome from receptionist Lesley is a treat after a long day travelling.
茉茉莉香片The room was clean and the location was close to the airport. The stay was very comfortable, the soundproofing was good, and the sleep would not be disturbed. The price is also more suitable, a recommended choice.
ZZhangsanfengdesanfengThis hotel has a large room, sunny, heating is provided every day, breakfast is delicious, small and comfortable. A bit far from the center, but it is worth staying. The staff is friendly and sincere.
GGuest UserBooked double room for me, my partner & my baby. The room was so tiny, the bed was extremely uncomfortable & had dirt on it. The dust in the room made it clear the rooms were not cleaned properly.
The room had a door that led into the room next to us, which was not safe for the baby. There was also no privacy, my sister and brother in law had a room opposite and you could hear them talking in there room.
Upgraded to a deluxe room after 1 night in a double room, which was so much better. It was a lot cleaner, a lot bigger and a lot more privacy. The only downfall was we were right next to the maids room and we heard a lot of bickering between the maids as the rooms aren't soundproof.
If you are planning to book here, I'd suggest just paying the extra for the deluxe room as it makes a massive difference.
The pool is decent, it isn't massive but is a good temperature so it is good for kids.
GGuest UserThe location is good, very close to the train station, right by the river. But the sanitary condition was not ideal, the equipment was average, and the unkempt water pipe for bathing was broken, so I changed it overnight. The mobile was filled in the room, and then I went back and asked, saying that I didn’t see it...
TThomasPatrickLovely hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Changed our room after first night as TV kept cutting out and outside noise from a pump or generator. Breakfast was terrific, everything hot and cooked to perfection. Free parking behind hotel. Would recommend to anyone.
GGuest UserLovely helpful reception staff and great clean comfortable room. Lots of parking which is a massive bonus. Highly recommend for a budget price but great hotel.
GGuest UserThe Hotel was satisfactory accommodation, the bathroom was clean and tidy, room was very spacious and beds were large and made well. For the price the room was very satisfactory and the only few issues we had is the walls had been repainted a bit shoddy in places and there wasnt a hairdryer, although there was a fan which was a nice suprise.
GGuest UserI know this is a budget hotel but there is a lot more effort needed. There should never be mould showing around bath seals etc. It’s an easy fix. General cleanliness poor. We had to clean areas ourselves even after being transferred to another room after complaining first room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff in general friendly and helpful. Bins outside hotel full to the brim. I have a feeling staff don’t really care to much about how hotel looks. Anyway did the job for a few nights stay. But if I had the choice I would pay extra for a better room elsewhere and hopefully cleaner.
