Dundee Centre

Have stayed here several times . Always our favourite Premier Inn and Beefeater Restaurant . All staff are so friendly and helpful . Special thanks to Shaun The Manager who helped us ammend a forthcoming booking . Look forward to our next trip.

First 2 stays were fine but this overnight stay left me feeling disappointed. The room was just grubby and needed a good scrub. Dust and grime all over, stained chairs, blown mirror and rusty hand soap dispenser all added to the general neglected feel. I just wanted to get home for a clean shower!

3 Nights 30/01/25 - 02/02/25. I’ve stayed here many times at different times of the year and payed very different prices each time! However, it’s always a pleasure to arrive after a long journey and know that you will get a comfortable bed, in now familiar surroundings! This the thing with this chain, once you’ve stayed at a Premier Inn you know how the place works. And there’s always the adjoining restaurant operation for a huge buffet breakfast or dinner! The Dundee Centre Hotel has excellent staff and check-in is easy either by machines or personally at reception. If you’re lucky you get a ‘riverside’ room with a spectacular view across the Tay estuary but more often than not, it’s a city view effort! Whatever, location is key here especially if you’re a tourist as the famous attractions are right next door! Regardless of how much it costs, this visit £35.00. Per night (low season booked well in advance) or it was over £100.00. per night (July/August high season) I will continue to stay whenever I visit ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ E.H.

This has a fantastic location, when we arrived, we were given our room no problem, however the TV remote did not work properly and the 1 and only USB port did not work at all, expecting the room to have USB ports for charging mobiles etc put us I a quandary, however next day the TV remote was sorted and a USB adapter plug was provided, there was also a bad stain on the chair in the room, as we were there for a family funeral we elected to do our own room apart from our last day, when we requested the room was done for us, a young lad turned up and we vacated the room to let him get on with it, when we returned to the room, he had left 1 large towel on the unmade bed and put 2 clean mugs in the room, I then made the bed, went down to reception got replacement coffee and another towel, it would of been better if he hadn't bothered to turn up at all, the man on reception was apologetic, and all other staff had been nothing but helpful, other than that fantastic hotel and good staff

Really comfy and clean room. Lovely location right next to the harbour and next to train station. Staff were very friendly and always greeted me when i was passing through the foyer, most friendly i have had at a premier inn. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and breakfast was great as always with a view over the harbourside
