The hotel staff were amazing. Kenny on reception was super helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was let down by two staff members in the Beefeater restaurant. Never experienced such a rude service before from Nicki and then when she got her manager Kevin, the rudeness continued. Honestly this has put me off staying in this hotel for the reason of this. There were two lovely, polite and efficient staff members working called Beth and Nathan but their customer service was over shadowed by the negative service of Nicki and Kevin. A number of other guests also commented to me on their treatment by Nicki and not happy with her service at all, so not just me but I obviously received the worst of her service. I have emailed the General Manager of the hotel regarding this but haven’t had a response back. I’ve also messaged Guest Relations who are reviewing my complaint. I have stayed in this hotel in the past and Nicki and Kevin were not working. I won’t be staying in the hotel ever again because of them!
