Water was scolding hot almost burned myself twice. The woman at the desk said that the reservation was overbooked and they had to upgrade my room but with no charge. She had me signed paperwork but I did not get copy of my bill when I checked out.

I’d pass on this one!
Room was not clean. Floors dirty especially under the bed. Found fleas in the bathroom. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful she gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst hotel experience
No mini fridge the ac unit was very loud which made it impossible to sleep and to top it all my wife was taking a shower and screamed for me and there were roaches in the shower when I told front desk all they said was they would swap rooms as if that was a solution!

Regret!
This hotel was very old and poorly maintained, and it was neither clean nor welcoming. The TV did not work, and the amenities were of very poor quality and quite unsatisfactory. During my shower, a large spider appeared, and basic necessities such as a refrigerator and a microwave were completely absent. The area where the hotel is located was also very run-down, making it feel unsafe and inconvenient.
Overall, I regret choosing to stay at this hotel.

My stay was horrible from me already paying for my room for two days from them booking my same room for another family walking in on my son the first night…Also tried charging a different card over 10 times different amounts after I already paid… To them canceling my reservation for what I paid for and trying to make us vacate the room…Overall horrible experience!

Property felt safe and was good enough for one night stay. Room definitely smelled like it had been smoked in even though it was a guaranteed smoke free room.

Worst experience, ever
Booked room, paid for room, paid security deposit, then received our door cards only to find other folks in our beds. No accommodations were made, no apologies, no nothing, and Josh, who was working, needs to be trained on how to be a decent human.
P.S. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded, as I never got to stay there because there was no further availability , but yet charged my card.
