Travelodge Dumfries

The room had mould, chair was ripped, tiles in toilet had mould. Bath had several chips, plug holes in sink was rusty. Wood at top of toilet obviously had water damage & hinge on door was rusty. Overall if we hadn't booked because we had to attend a funeral I would have made moved. Room very very tired

No issue, surrounding road entry had large pot holes. Hotel is basically clean & tidy, value forss. money. Free Wifi could be increased beyond 30 minute

Always great here. Clean, comfortable and the staff are great. The place is quiet, with easy access to food across the way (Greggs and Starbucks). It is in a good spot with ease of access to the many places around Dumfries for shopping and sightseeing. Good value.

Based upon price. This hotel was ok. Room clean and plenty of space bed comfy. The car park could do with a tidy up. It is on a main road, but was not noisey. The staff were excellent, friendly and did all they could to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This Travelodge is the worst I've ever stayed in. It was a total flop. In the middle of nowhere. Bathroom stank. No buses nearby. Taxis out of there too expensive. Staff unfriendly. Only thing nearby was a service station with overpriced food and drinks. Put me off Scotland forever

With plenty of space in the room and enough storage space to hang clothes and to stow your bags and suitcases etc. A comfortable bed in a clean and tidy room. Good stop off point on our way south, or when on our way to the ferry at Cairnryan

The room I occuepied was comfortable for the short time I was there, the room was clean and tidy, I will be booking again and returning later this year when I again visit Family and relatives in Dumfries

Arrived at hotel late last night and checked in very quickly, hotel doesn't have a lift which isn't an issue for us. But we loved the fact we were upstairs, we got to our room and wow our room is a good size room, very clean, smelling fresh and all the towels and drinking facilities we Need. The desk area is a good size if your on business. 1 plug socket at the TV and one underneath the mirror but still such a lovley room and so comfortable... Staff appreciation : big shout out to Corey at reception. He was so lovley to speak To. Took the time to have a conversation with us and he got us checked in very quickly and just such a friendly staff member and the staff is what makes your stay worth it!. Car parking is first come first serve but plenty of spaces I'm sure! Lovley location and a very good location as its next to greggs, Starbucks and a petrol station! DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Lovely hotel and staff are very helpful Corey Aaron and larisa were amazing. Kept my milk in fridge for me and just all made me and my kids feel welcome. I sty here when I go visit my family and always feel welcome. Lovely clean hotel smells fresh and clean.
