I wouldn’t even give this a star, we checked in for 3 night, first night at 1am on the night banging, stamping and a lot of noise getting made from upstairs. I went and spoke to reception who went and spoke to the family upstairs but the noises continued and seemed to be getting louder this continued till 2am I went down to reception again to ask about changing rooms to which they couldn’t accommodate us another room as they was fully booked so we went back ans packed out things as we could not get any sleep as the noise from upstairs got worse, the lady on the desk Tina said about coming back following day to speak to manager about refund so I did and the manager Joyce was appalling for a management position, not apologetic or sympathetic I asked for refund and she told me that I could only be refunded the one night ans not the rest and when I challenged she said this was all she could do. I think this was discusting customer services and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone here to stay. We ended up having to pay extra £200 to stay in another hotel at 2:30am and I couldn’t even get refunded for my bad experience
