My 9 year old daughter left her favorite stuffed animal in our room. She was beside herself ; very upset, and we were 3 hours down the road. My wife called to see if there was any way that the toy could be located. Long story short : not only did the staff locate the precious toy, but they mailed it to my daughter. Friendly staff, great service, evening happy hour with beer and wine, grab and go breakfast - or- great hot breakfast items. This facility has a LOT going for it. The rooms are clean large and well appointed as well. We were on the road most of the day and this stop was just a wonderful break between DFW area and destination in Colorado.
