The location of the hotel is far from the city centre of Dumaguete, but it is close to the apo island where the turtles are seen, about a fifteen-minute tutu ride. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the boss gave us a cup of wine. After a sip, I fell in love with it. It was so hot and so hot that we had a few drinks every day for two days at the hotel. We visited on a Sunday, the following day was a holiday, so it was very busy. Actually, much busier than I would have thought allowed with covid restrictions, many appeared to have booked rooms. With it being so busy, you'd think they would be strictly enforcing restrictions, but that wasn't the case, their waiting staff weren't even wearing masks. I wonder what precautions they were taking for food preparations. We were there because of the whole day electrical blackout in the area, to relax and eat. We ordered a variety of foods, including hummus with falafel. There were two or three so called Israeli dishes on the menu too. Having worked in Iraq, Qatar, Dubai and Jordan, I have a pretty good idea what authentic hummus, falafel and the bread should be like. The hummus was fairly good, if a little on the bland side, bread was good though not authentic. The falafel was strange, I've only every had it in balls, these were like medallions and rather overcooked. The rest of the food was typical Filipino dishes and ok, with being anything special. Prices were reasonable and portions were good enough.

Only accept Peso, not even USD, credit card, G Cash, not anything. Not providing bottle water bot allow bring any food and drink outside.

We stayed here for over a week. The hotel is simple but very clean. Rooms are ample in size. WiFi is strong. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It’s location is also great since it’s near restaurants and groceries. Great for business travelers or folks looking for a nice safe place to stay while visiting Dumaguete. Easily accessible to public transportation but also with ample parking if you have your own vehicle.

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... The whole hotel is very nice, just a little small, only 9 rooms, for 26 guests. But the room is large, the hotel is quiet, the holiday is very comfortable, the pool is small, breakfast is average. Diving (three times the market price) and calling a car are relatively expensive, and the restaurant is slightly more expensive than the outside. All service staff are very good. But I don't understand it. It's a good hotel. The road into the hotel turned out to be a few hundred meters long country bumpy road. It was so boring that every time you take a TUTU car, you must be dizzy. The kitchen is good, but I think it's a display, because if you use the kitchen for 100US/day, it won't cost you a lot of food at any restaurant outside.
