While the hotel is clean and nice the check in process was horrible the person working 3-11-4-12 had a very nasty attitude. My husband and I went out to eat and go to a spa with friends and got back to the hotel around 3 am when we came out to go to breakfast we found that several cars in the lot has been vandalized but having their windows busted including ours. The hotel staff was outside trying to clean the glass away before people go out to see what happened luckily we got out there before they could get to the glass near our window so we didn’t have any proof or photos to take. I didn’t feel safe staying there another night if I was able to get my window fixed for fear thatthh ge try would bust it again. Unfortunately with the Memorial Day holiday no one could come out so we ended up having to tape the window up and schedule an appt back home 4 hours away. I do not recommend staying here if you value your vehicle because they will remind you they have a sign posted it’s at your own risk as if you can fold your car up and take it with you!

Originally we were in a room that was kinda stale smelling. The building is old. We couldn't get the TV to work. So I went to my vehicle and got the laptop but couldn't get a good signal for Wi-Fi. So we asked for another room and it was given. What got me is that I was asked to give a deposit of $50.00. And was told I would get it back in 24 to 48 hours. That time has passed as I've been waiting now for the third day. They expect you to pay right then and they should give you your deposit when you check out. The place is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. 2.5 is it's rating. I've driven back down there and talked to a clerk. He was nice enough about it but couldn't do anything for me. We incurred no damage to the facility. So where the heck is my money?? They would ask the same thing if I stayed another night which wasn't about to happen. And you know that was the first time I've ever been asked for a deposit. Next time if asked for one I will turn around and walk out. Not right to hold a person's money like that.

Very good hotel, cost-effective, good hotel service, will definitely choose to live here next time, in short, very satisfied with a stay. The leadership has been helping the leaders to arrange this hotel.

Unfortunately, Due to a delayed flight we decided to stay one night in ATL instead of driving home today. I booked using priceline. I normally book directly but priceline’s price was way more cheaper. Like before, I was traveling with my children, and I understand not having two beds since I only booked a room with a King bed and a sofa bed, but unfortunately the sofa bed didn't come with a pillow. So I called the front desk to request for pillow and I was told that there’s no pillows available anywhere. Apparently there is no housekeeping available at 8:00PM and they have no way to access the housekeeping inventory. I have never heard of this! I was so tired of dealing with it so I guess we just had to sleep with no pillow. I loved this hotel, and stayed here several times, but I think if this is what I get booking with priceline, I don’t think this is Marriott standard with this type of service. I don’t know If this worth driving and staying at this hotel when there are others closer. Along with this issue, we found a crayon in the sofa, and a tissue in the trash can. In this time of covid craziness, I sure hope my room was cleaned! I honestly don’t know what to think at this point. This was terrible service. They couldn’t even get a pillow from an unused room?? Ridiculous. To top it off, I emailed the hotel manager about my stay and she didn’t even respond! If a manager doesn’t even care about their customers, I can’t even imagine how the staff cares for their hotel. I would not stay here…and I won’t in the future. Poor staff and management.

Had a personal reason to come to this area with the family, specifically chose this hotel as it was located where I wanted to be and Hilton-branded properties are the only ones with a guarantee on connecting rooms. It also helped that the property had ”glowing” reviews on TA. The rooms and breakfast are what you would expect from any Hampton Inn. The location is a bit ”rough” as the neighboring Clarion Suites seems to attract a bad crowd. However, the hotel does employ a security guard during the overnight hours to patrol the parking lot and property. However, the reasons for my 1/5 review is due to the service I received. To be clear, I realize this is a Hampton Inn, not a Waldorf Astoria. However, there still is a basic level of hospitality and customer service that should be provided, especially as brand standards aren't being followed here. It's obvious that the hotel has staffing and training issues, but this isn't a guest's responsibility and management shouldn't hide behind the curtain. Unless you absolutely need to be in this area, I cannot recommend this hotel to others as they aren't providing a basic level of customer service and management is nowhere to be found whenever an issue arises. You can stay at other properties in the area that will provide a similar experience, but at a fraction of the cost that this Hampton Inn is charging.

The hotel has convenient transportation and no noisy. It can be said that it is quiet. The sanitary conditions are very good and the big bed is soft and comfortable. The variety of breakfast is also very rich, especially the egg cake is more suitable for Chinese taste. In short, if you live in Atlanta, this hotel is a good choice, cost-effective.

It's a clean, quiet and safe (lots of cameras) The breakfast is good and it's centrally located so you can jump on 85 in a few minutes or get to the local places in no time. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at night...
