Great room ambience and comfortable mattress (especially that unique bolster which only this hotel has) ! Small room for improvement for your better : - access 24 hour for gym and pool. This hotel located in business district, would be advance if your facility able to accomodate your customer lifestyle. - quick check out access (provide check out box system). Frie day staff, convenient to the mall. Well appointed rooms although sound proofingnqith neighbouringneoom can be improved. Couldn't talk normally in the room due complain by an extremely sensitive neighbouring room guest. I could hear him especially his closing and opening of doors but he had to complain about my normal volume discussion in the room.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. When Checked in I was assigned a room with a terrible smell in the air. But the receptionist promptly changed my room. Best breakfast.

A good hotel in the new part off Surabaya. Big mall om walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. The interior StyleWriter is a bit mixed up modern and classic. Not really clear. Rooms ok. The breakfast is really asian with All asian food. There is some cerial and Bread. Coffee Not really strong. The hotel is located in a Busy area with No traditional Markets nearby. The area is Not really good for a walk outside.

a medium hotel with warm hospitality, although i get no breakfast, but the staff is frriendly and helpfull. note: the security guard always smile, and offering help for the guest that need small help. the hotel location right the heart of bussiness centre Surabaya city. the menu from the resto with reasonable price. so sad, caused by pandemic...the resto near hotel is closed. the room i choose was small, but enough to one day resting. overall, this hotel offering good service with low budget.
