Hotels in Dukuh Pakis, Surabaya

Nice quiet hotel with a great view. Nice deco in the room. Had some problems looking for the light controls only to find them hidden at the bedside table. Nice and celegant design but hard to find.

Hotel staff are very nice, they provide free shuttle to the near malls. Will stay again if I go back!

We meet Surabaya again, and Java Paragon gives us a nice place to stay with our Little Family.

Book a room to Kodam Brawijaya. The distance to be traveled is only 650 meters. However, all the gates are closed, so we have to make a detour so the distance is 1 km. I'm tired....

Appalled by the room cleanliness. Able to spot long hairs on my bedside carpet on the first day and still not vacuumed even on the day I left. Toilet walls had some mould growing (I rubbed against it and it came off). Room is spacious and aircon is strong. Breakfast had a ok variety but what's annoying is the used napkins on our tables being served as new ones. We went during a busy period but it's not excusable. Sufficient gym facilities for basis free weights and polite staff. Can do better on maintenance.

Need to rejuvenate the facilities such as the bathroom space, the entrance is moldy. Toiletries are not provided, for example soap

So far so good this is the first hotel I book with rain shower the water can be extremely hot the reception told me its just open for 3 month so everything looks new the bed is comfortable I had a good stay

A cheap hotel is worth it if you're going on vacation to Sby and stay at Sumi Hotel

The service is very friendly and in my opinion the cleanliness is pretty good. The facilities are sufficient and suitable for the price. Only 1 toothpaste and toothbrush were given. Even though there were 2 people in the room. I deliberately didn't ask the receptionist. I'd rather just buy it outside rather than having to worry about it. Next time you can try staying at the Bella Hotel but want a room on the 2nd floor.
