Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

This time, I stayed at the Bailun International Hotel in Dujiangyan, and was pleasantly surprised! The basic room type originally booked was thoughtfully upgraded to an executive king-size room. When I opened the window, I could see the scenery of the Baitiao River. The gurgling water and the city night view were intertwined, as if I was in a painting. The room is elegantly designed, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the room. With smart home facilities, it is very comfortable. Special thanks to Aunt Hu Tianhui and Aunt Yao Huaying for their meticulous service! From enthusiastic guidance at check-in to warm greetings every day, and even proactively recommending surrounding food and tour routes, their caring care makes the journey feel warm. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles. I especially recommend the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local specialty snacks to start a day full of vitality. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of Nanqiao and Yangliuhe Street, and you can enjoy the fireworks of Dujiangyan. Bailun International Hotel not only conquers guests with hardware, but also captures people's hearts with humanized services. It is a quality choice that cannot be missed on a trip to Dujiangyan! 💯

It is close to Panda Valley and Dujiangyan. Because of the self-driving trip, the two attractions are only more than ten minutes to the hotel. In terms of parking, the hotel entrance can be parked. The underground parking lot is shared with other villa areas. Parking 🅿️ The guard will register the license plate and drive out of the basement. You have to scan the QR code to submit the report. The service staff is enthusiastic, recommending nearby food, the room is spacious with floor heating, king bed, but every time the smart toilet flushes, the noise is very loud, and the pipes are loud. The decoration of the corridor feels like being in Dali. Breakfast is the small noodles and dumplings cooked by the hotel.

The service staff made me feel a little warm. The thin girl heard that my child had a fever and specially brought me a fever patch. She ran up and down to carry my luggage in such a hot day.
