Checked in during the National Day holiday. When I first entered the lobby to check in, I was told to wait. The room was not cleaned up yet. I didn't get the room card until almost 16:00. There were many people waiting in the lobby. I took the shuttle bus to the room and saw a smell of stagnant air. The private bath was a large outdoor bathtub. The location of the hotel is ideal for access to Qingchengshan and the natural hot springs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with a renovation as things are becoming a bit dated, but it was adequate for our needs. We would stay here again, however the price might be higher than other hotels in the area for similar amenities and access to hot springs. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. We enjoyed our stay.

Really beautiful setting with lots of flowers and plants in the garden. They upgraded our room for free. Apartment had washing machine and was very spacious. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. Getting a Didi car was easy from the side gate. There are a lot of snack stalls and food outside the 东门 because there is a school next door. Only negative was the house was not very well equipped with things like extra toilet paper, extra trash bags, and hand towels. The kitchen also had pretty sparse amounts of cooking utensils. Overall a really good experience. If you’re looking for something spacious and quiet, off the beaten path and away from the city a bit, this is a good choice.

2 night stay at Six senses to visit the local area and Wolong Panda Reserve with my adult daughter. From the moment I made contact with the hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel arranged airport pick up (thank you Kevin) and from the moment we landed we were taken care of. Fresh fruit and tea served en route to the hotel and a smooth journey despite the snow. A big shout out to Kevin and Yuki for their helpfulness both before and during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The rooms, the spa, the restaurant were all exceptional. Look forward to returning to stay here again. Thanks also to Melissa for ensuring our stay was amazing 🤩

Facilities: We stayed in the parent-child room, which was very new and clean without any odor. The children especially liked to sleep on the bed at night. The private bath was great. The children took a bath in the morning and at night. Haha, they had a lot of fun. The bath towels and slippers were very good and of good quality. This stay was unexpectedly good. This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great.

As soon as the lockdown was lifted in Chengdu, we went to Mount Qingcheng on September 19. There were very few people affected by the light rain. The hotel is located in the Houshan Scenic Spot of Mount Qingcheng (the ticket for the scenic spot is 20 yuan) and it is in the ancient town of Tai'an. There is a disposable toilet seat, full of details! Interior decoration and hygiene are very good! The boss is very accommodating, and the experience of staying is very good! There are a lot of home-cooked dishes and local specialties nearby (recommended to try the three kinds of wax, all kinds of wild vegetables, steamed fish), we basically eat all the local wild vegetables and it tastes good! I stayed for two days in a row and it was very comfortable. It is worth staying for a few more days when I have time to experience the quiet environment in the mountains!
