酒店沒全是沿山的階梯，帶長者和推嬰兒車的就不要來了。第一天晚上斷網，第二天馬桶往外噴水。硬件待改善。服務是槽點。吃早飯的地方太小，我們老的老小的小沒地方坐，店員不幫忙解決位置，直接説讓我們去室外坐。山裡麪的早晨氣温不到10°，店員自己都穿着過膝的長羽絨服，室外怎麼坐得住呢

完全不值這個價，就是一個大型農家樂，根本沒有質感，酒店根本沒什麼大門可言，進來就像進了村子裏，温泉池人很多也很吵，就是四個水池子。晚上連啤酒都沒有，説是餐廳關門了，我們衹好點高價酒讓外賣送來。結果酒店把外面的燈都關了，我們摸黑去取酒，人就滑倒了。真的是坑死了～

酒店環境幽靜舒適，工作人員服務熱情到位，有歡迎水果和免費下午茶，晚上温泉可以泡到11點。唯一需要改進提升的是衞生間的自動馬桶問題，沖水失控，上廁所的時候衹能手動拔掉電源，上完再插上，手動控制，不然弄得一身水。已經告知前台改進，希望後面入住的客人能夠避免同樣的麻煩和尷尬。

服務好，衹提了下房間潮濕，晚上回房間發現電熱毯已提前插好。房間都是智能設備，衞浴是科勒的，每個房間還有一個小度，很方便。温泉池很漂亮，出片，下午去泡人少相當於私湯，每天換水。酒店適合度假，可以在酒店待一天，非常休閑，放空。買的套餐包含湯鍋和下午茶，很實惠。隔天住了青城山尊酒店，對比很強烈，山尊名氣大，高檔，但給人感覺沒有尊鉑温馨，休閑。會推薦朋友來。

臨時入住的酒店，沒想到很寶藏，酒店給免費升級了房間，很寬敞，小朋友很開心，舒適的不想走了！由於行程的比較匆忙，衹住了一晚.下次來青城山還會選擇這家酒店！

這次與朋友出遊，選擇了在青城山這個評分較高的酒店，酒店外圍比較一般，在村落裏，道路也不是很好，但裏面別有洞天，在森林中小溪邊，就是山溝溝裏，空氣很好。但是對於腿腳不便的不建議住，上下樓梯較多。要特別提的是食堂的一位大哥一位大姐心底善良，為人熱情。大哥還幫忙聯繫導遊解説員，沒有收取一分錢，真贊👍👍👍
