一家永遠不會再來的酒店，835一晚的價格，真心不值。後面看酒店的朋友們擦亮眼睛：
1，性價比差，你以為835一晚是很高檔的酒店？NONONO，前台裝修和民宿一般，而且就衹有兩個小妹妹辦理入住，完全不會有星級酒店那種服務的專業性。
2，服務差。攜程定的，沒注意這個酒店是免費保留到18點，超過18點不到就要取消，而且必須到店付款，攜程無法扣款。五一期間，堵在路上離酒店還有一百多公里，隧道里沒有網絡信號。下午17點30分接到酒店電話，説18點不到店就給我取消房間，讓我線下加前台微信提前付房費，才能保留房間。但我堵在路上沒信號啊！問能不能延遲到20點入住，酒店答曰不行，這樣他們沒保障，要我必須線下提前付款。最後好不容易，我找了個有網的地方，線下給前台小妹轉了房費，房間才得以保留。
3，品質差：浴袍，床單都是非常舊的，可笑的是，床單上好打了兩個補丁，補丁旁邊還有兩個小洞，浴袍洗得纖維都拉出來了，請看圖，看圖，語言描述不到位。
4，口渴的朋友們注意了，房間僅提供兩瓶免費的礦泉水，多的要花2元一瓶買，錢不多，但這麼貴的酒店喝水還要額外花錢也是少見，老闆扣門扣到毫無死角，您還指望他在其他地方能給您什麼樣的好服務？
5，浴室排氣扇是壞的，入住時馬桶有異味和尿漬。
6，温泉？您開玩笑的吧！室內修了個大浴池，加管家微信通知他放水，45度的鍋爐熱水，想要天然温泉的省省吧。

1、酒店環境整潔，房間佈局較好，優雅，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。
給我營造了一種家的感覺，管家服務很貼心，隨時有事情都能很快回應，價格也很合理。
2、這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，酒店裝修的比較古樸，
3、户外温泉不多，但是人少乾淨，温度合適，還有小小的桑拿房，汗蒸後很舒服，
唯一的就是游泳池沒有開放，希望夏天去能夠有更好的體驗。

酒店環境優美，並且離趙公山也挺近的，帶孩子的話可以去熊貓谷，酒店衞生也做的挺不錯，早餐也很美味，然後就是酒店裡麪設施基本上很完整，温泉雖然很少，但是非常乾淨

不值。花了1000的價格非常不值得，首先房間陳舊，廁所門關不了，房間臟。其次晚上找前台聯繫放水，説兩句就掛電話，打了四次最後跟我説電話有問題，有問題就修，不給客户回電話就算了，還這種態度？早餐也不會送到房間。相當於我花了那麼多錢在一個大浴缸泡澡，不是温泉。非常氣憤

裝修很中國風的酒店，環境不錯，服務很貼心，下次一定體驗室內帶温泉的已經第二次來酒店了，有種回家的感覺，服務很温馨，衞生很乾凈，早餐多樣化，不知不覺愛上了，這次還增添了圍爐煮茶，強力推薦！
