Location is right opposite the indoor ski field which is perfect. There's a shopping mall with restaurants about 5 minutes down the road. The room is big enough and clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 &12 years old). There's a sofa bed with no additional charge if you roll out the bed and put the bedding (hotel provides for free) yourself which isn't a problem, it's fairly simple to do. Overall really happy with the hotel.
