Very good hot springs, very comfortable to soak in, very thoughtful service. We decided to go hiking at the last minute and forgot to bring an umbrella, but the store also prepared umbrellas. The room is much worse than the pictures. The facilities are old. The toilet can't flush most of the time. There is no cold water most of the time. Washing your hands can burn you to death. However, the service ladies at the front desk are very good. They are very considerate and warm and friendly. The service makes up for the lack of hardware. The floor of the room creaks and looks like the old wooden house in Hayao Miyazaki's cartoons. The hotel is very large, with plenty of outdoor space, which is very convenient for babies to play. The layout of the room itself leaves very little space to put things, which is not very convenient. There are pros and cons, depending on personal needs.
