I stayed there twice in 2022 and was very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially the front desk reception (the guy with glasses was super enthusiastic, and the children liked the enthusiastic uncle very much, but he didn't seem to work there the second time I went there). The attitude of the front desk staff was still very good when I went there again this year, but they were less enthusiastic than before. After staying for two days, the customer service was very proactive in cleaning the room on the second day, adding and replacing the supplies in the room. This is very worthy of recognition. In many places, as long as the guests do not ask for cleaning, they rarely ask proactively. However, although the towels in the hotel are neatly placed, it can still be seen that they have been used repeatedly for too long, and they are not so white when folded there. The hotel can consider replacing them! Before I came to the hotel, there were free mineral water in the lobby lounge and at the elevator entrance on each floor, and there was warm mineral water very considerately. Now there is no free mineral water at all. Of course, if necessary, the customer service can also deliver it to the room, but I feel that the details have been reduced. The children's area is the focus of our love. The air cushion trampoline that used to be broken has not been added. Two small cars and sheep horns have been added. The role area has been updated with various skirts that girls like, and the toys have also been reduced rather than increased. I have always liked Tong paintings. The first impression was very good. The room environment and facilities are good, and children's products are provided. Bed guards can be provided. The breakfast is rich. There is a children's playground in the restaurant and a slide outdoors. The children have fun.

Better than a budget hotel, but worse than a branded hotel, neither good nor bad~ The room is spacious, but the ceiling is low, a little depressing, the hotel has been renovated for a few years, details need to be ignored, and the hygiene is indeed not as good as the branded store. We put the beds together, there was a lot of garbage underneath, and there were slippers from before, a bit... The restaurant on the third floor of the hotel has a children's playground next to it, which is indeed less troublesome for bringing children, but the ventilation system on the third floor is a bit poor, eating breakfast and smelling all over, uncomfortable all day! The service is still quite enthusiastic, but I personally don't want to stay twice!
