The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay. The bed is comfortable, the supplies are considerate, there are swimming pools and hot springs, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for travel. I especially praise Xiaoxiao. She contacted me one day in advance to confirm the check-in requirements. Because the hotel was not soundproof the day before, I wanted a quieter room. Xiaoxiao upgraded us to a lake view room with a wide view and quietness. After checking in, she sent fruits and there were warm reminders when I got up in the morning. Our last stop in Chengdu was Dujiangyan. We chose Sunac Shiboge. The housekeeper Xiaoxiao called us the day before to inquire about the check-in time and room requirements. She arranged the room for us in advance and sent welcome fruits. The children's toiletries were also very cute. We went to the Sunac Park the next day and took a bath in the hot spring. This was a perfect end to our trip to Chengdu.

It was my child's birthday and Father's Day, and I got a ticket to Water World. I played in both the park and the water world. The hotel stay experience was super good, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. The housekeeper Kiko was also very considerate. The current event was too cost-effective, so I decisively placed an order again. The water world and the park were also very good. Adults and children had a lot of fun. My daughter wanted to go again. Good memories

Unfortunately, the surrounding area has been abandoned for several years and is a bit dilapidated. He responded to the message in time and was very helpful. ⭐️ We booked a king-size bed and a twin-bed room. The king-size bed room was upgraded to the side near the lake. The view was great and it was very quiet; the twin-bed room was facing the street and there was no bathtub, which was relatively worse. The hotel's swimming pool is a 19-meter small pool. There are not many people. We did not go to the hot spring area. It is relatively small. ⭐️ The summer hotel package includes 2 tickets to the Water World. You can get the ticket at the front desk and use it on the same day. I went there on the last day of the Dragon Boat Festival. There were many people, but the experience was still OK. The overall holiday experience of 2 days and 1 night is good~
