這次旅行的住宿體驗直接拉滿，必須給這家酒店和關係主任Yuna瘋狂打call！入住前一天主動溝通行程需求，提前安排了寶寶的拖鞋和洗漱用品，房間視野開闊，非常安靜，床品也很舒適細節滿到讓人感動。強烈推薦，尤其是Yuna的專業與關懷，絕對是這家酒店的寶藏！

必須給全五星好評！從踏入大堂就被治癒，前台小姐姐yuna 笑容超親切，辦理入住秒速搞定，還免費升級了房型。房間寬敞明亮，保潔做得到位了，桌面、淋浴間毫無水漬灰塵，潔癖患者表示極度舒適。床墊軟硬適中，配上蓬鬆的被子，一夜無夢到天亮，隔音效果也超讚，完全沒被打擾。早餐種類超豐富，中西式都有，現煮的麪條和新鮮水果太加分。地理位置更方便，下樓就是雪場，周邊有商圈出行超省心。全程體驗下來賓至如歸，已經列入我的寶藏酒店清單，下次來還住這兒！

設施完善充電方便，重點是服務到位下次還要入住。對了還要説説酒店跑步條件好🈶健身房和湖邊可以喂天鵝，空氣好人很舒服放鬆去滑雪就太方便了還送了娛雪票。

帶兩歲五個月的小朋友入住 説實話挺超出預期的
酒店從辦理入住的時候態度就非常好 免費升了房還配了管家
全程管家響應也很及時
特別是酒店大堂吧的一個年輕小夥子 抱歉忘記問名字了 對小朋友非常友好 讓人感覺非常nice
酒店早餐也比我想的好吃 比之前喜來登 萬象城木棉花都好吃

首先表揚酒店的Yuna 美女，提前跟我聯繫，得知我自駕，及時發送酒店位置和都江堰旅遊攻略。還提前安排了温泉和滑雪。小朋友特別喜歡滑雪，給他請了教練一對一教學，收穫很大！酒店房間乾淨整潔，陽台上看到整個湖景，私隱性非常好，居住體驗非常棒！除了早餐，午餐和晚餐也帶老媽和兒子在酒店用餐，價格合適，餐品比較乾淨，再來都江堰，還會選擇這裏！
