As soon as the reservation was completed, the hotel called me to confirm the room information and give warm reminders. I felt really good at that time; When I arrived at the hotel, I found that I was not very satisfied with the room I booked (the problem was my own, I booked a loft, but ignored the floor height). The lady accompanied me to look at each room ~ Finally, I decided on the parent-child room, which I felt so warm at the time; As a result, I found that it was super value when I checked in! The bedding selection is very good, and the toiletries are also from Piero; I went to take a bath in the evening, and I went downstairs without a bath towel. The clerk reminded me again and again to keep warm, brought me a bath towel, and told me that there would be milk and other things to replenish my energy later. It was really considerate; The next day at breakfast, the lady in the cafeteria drew a panda for my daughter, oh! She also brought biscuits for my daughter. I really love this hotel. I will come again next time~
