和朋友一起來的，這兩天比較涼快，很喜歡這種避暑的温度，比成都涼快不少，來的兩天很涼快，離高鐵站也不遠，可以自己打車，酒店設備設施很齊全，整套房非常乾淨，看得出來打掃很用心。管理超級熱情，服務絕對堪比五星級。入住和離店都超熱情幫提行李，一路講解酒店文化和套房內設施的使用方法。這是一次非常好的住宿體驗

民宿離青城前山很近，高鐵站出來步行十來分鐘就到了，位置很
好找，是個別墅區，，實景比圖片
精緻漂亮，管家提前聯繫幫忙辦
了行李，很適合帶一家人出行或者人多一起，房間挺寬敞的，氛圍很不錯

別墅的環境很好，特別是雨後的青城山有一種青城天下幽的即視感，別墅的工作人員工作服務態度很好，親切的感覺，管家小陳服務超到位，
設施：房間裝修很有設計感
衞生：客廳很乾凈沒有異味，床單被套乾淨
環境：生態環境很好
整體的體驗都很不錯，小朋友也比較喜歡

位置很好，就在青城山擺渡車站不遠，但是設施的確是太差強人意了，晚上八點突然通知我們要停水，趕快洗漱！在別墅區裏房間裏很多蚊子

就是一棟房3層樓，每一層樓2户，一二樓是2個卧室的房型，我們訂的房型是三卧機麻，酒店把頂樓做了一個小閣樓，鋪了一張榻榻米，這樣算做3卧。但這些都不是我給1分的原因。給1分是因為1、客廳旁邊的次卧不隔音，半夜下雨了，感覺跟睡在路邊的一樣，基本整夜無眠；2、我睡的閣樓榻榻米，本來以為下雨了會很吵，但出奇的很安靜，睡到半夜感覺有東西滴到手上，把我弄醒了，一看，**居然漏雨了，還漏得不少，已經把被子和床單打濕了，但那會凌晨5點過，換房間也是折騰自己，把手腳放進被窩裡，默唸雨不要再大了，忍了，我睡眠好，第二天早上醒了，就感覺被子面上濕了，靠人那麪還是乾的；3、辦入住的時候工作人員提醒我們認真的檢查茶杯，因為損壞了要賠償，我特意説我們不用，請把它收走，因為我們有兩個小男孩，五六歲，正是費的時候，萬一打碎了還得賠償，結果工作人員硬不幹，説不能收走，我衹能給你們放廚房，然後我説放廚房你們能不能鎖着，工作人員還是不行，衹能放廚房枱面上。我至今沒有想明白客人明確説了自己不需要的小件易損物品，為什麼就不能收走了，又不是讓你把傢俱家電搬走。差評
哦對了，房間不通風，味道大，頭天打開的時候很悶，第二天走的時候依然很悶

配套齊全，有空調電暖氣，洗衣機（有免費洗衣液），廚房用品餐具應有盡有（不像有的民宿衹是裝裝樣子），客房服務非常到位，態度好，就在青城前山腳下，靠近高鐵站，旁邊還有一個小商業街可以吃飯購物

體驗了青城山的寒冬夜後給到的生平第一次差評，也希望是最後一次。
原本開開心心的盆友出遊，定了這家民宿套房，結果沒想到服務如此差，甚至可以説是沒服務！！
一羣人的愉快週末嗨到凌晨一點回酒店發現房卡耍飛了，走到前台結果已鎖門且無人值守，於是打通管家電話，對方告知我們半小時後來重新給我們制卡，於是一羣人就傻乎乎的等待…等待….半小時過去了…一小時過去了…再打電話就一直是無人接聽的狀態，然後就是寒冬夜的深度體驗，然後就再沒有然後了……此處省略一萬字……….此處感謝都江堰【幸運小酒館】，半夜三點打車送來了我們丟失的房卡！
而且！！第二天也並沒有任何解釋，退房的時候被敷衍的告知，工作人員半夜來了但是並沒有找到我們人在哪裡…..這理由是否太牽強？下午兩點打電話給我們説要退房費撤銷差評的時候找人還挺快的呢？雖然我到現在還沒收到退款。也是不想影響了心情💢
也確實不會再選擇如此沒有服務還沒信譽的民宿了！

到小區門口，我以為走錯了，和之前去的別墅區不太一樣。不過房間那些還行。院內環境還是比較安靜。7個人，套三機麻房，茶室幫忙加了一個被套這個值得稱讚👍！暖氣片很管用！點個贊！👍早餐米線麪條雞蛋，沒了。服務稍微差點。其實還是不錯。
