This is the first time I have seen a central air conditioner that only has cold air but no hot air. The front desk told me that because some guests complained about the heat, the air conditioner only has cold air. When we arrived, it was raining heavily and the weather was extremely cold. There was no heating equipment.
The toiletries were used by the previous guest and were not replaced.
The bedside lamp was broken!
The hotel cost 800 per night, but there was no breakfast, which needed to be purchased for 15/person!
