After so many bad experience in Dujianyan, this hotel was quite a good surprise. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They literally fixed all our problems and they also gave a small "Hilton Panda bear" to my son which was really appreciated. In addition they also provided room upgrade, fruits, a small heater and anything necessary to make my family feel comfortable and let us have a good memory about our trip. I want to thanks all the staff and especially 文云武 who was practically perfect. It's really hard to find good employees and he clearly deserve to be praised.

Location is very convenient and easily accessible - off a main road with good parking facilities. Service was absolutely brilliant, front desk was helpful in procuring small amenities such as needle and thread and hair clips. Room is very modern (well located charging ports) and immaculately maintained. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but we did go at their peak hour. The food qualityc did not suffer from this though. Recommended for a comfortable stay after a long day of mountain climbing.

We booked a family room when we came. When they found out we wanted to stay in a suite, the hotel staff recommended the Huan Xiao Peng room to us, which should be considered a suite. We were very satisfied. It was very convenient to live in! A fruit plate was also given. The child was super happy and had a lot of fun in the small tent. The red panda given by the hotel and her own plush toys met in the tent together. In short, it was worth the money!

Hilton Diamond members said Hilton is like home. It's so comfortable to stay. I basically stay at this hotel every time I come to Dujiangyan. The waiters, Xiao Zhu and Xiao Lin, are very nice. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's right on the Second Ring Road. The surroundings are very quiet. There are small cookies in the lobby. Hahahaha. Diamond members can be upgraded to a room type with a parent-child sofa bed, which is really suitable for families with children like us. Highly recommended

The family room is 200 more expensive than the superior king-size bed room and deluxe king-size bed room because they both have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The waiter said that it is decorated as a parent-child room, with a cartoon bedspread and a panda doll. Please avoid it.
