Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain

My stay at Six Senses Chengdu was nothing short of extraordinary. I had been eagerly anticipating this trip with my parents for quite some time, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Every detail of this breathtaking property has been thoughtfully considered — from the flawless finishes to the world-class cuisine, it was truly exceptional. A special thank you goes to Silvia, who went above and beyond to ensure not only my comfort but also that my parents were exceptionally well cared for. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Silvia is a true gem and an invaluable part of the Six Senses team. I sincerely hope she continues to be part of the group — talent and dedication like hers are rare and irreplaceable. The service level was so friendly attentive and professional. There are limited number of staff who are fluent in English so we got assigned to a butler who is very fluent in English who can help us throughout the stay. Alysa was very responsive to our requests and questions. She helped arrange booking kids activities and make reservation at the restaurant. The villas are far apart so no issue with privacy. Surprisingly, the buggy service was super fast. We haven't finished taking the photos outside of the villa, the buggy would have arrived. On every Saturday evening, there's a happy hours where snacks and drinks are served as complimentary. Love the dried fruits and nuts with chilli dips....signifying that we were in Sichuan 🤣

This was the most beautiful resort that I have ever been to. I enjoyed a wonderful massage experience and all the staff were very helpful. Alyssa and Sofia were always available to assist me when I needed it. I highly recommend this resort for anyone who wants to relax and escape the city.
