My stay at Six Senses Chengdu was nothing short of extraordinary. I had been eagerly anticipating this trip with my parents for quite some time, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Every detail of this breathtaking property has been thoughtfully considered — from the flawless finishes to the world-class cuisine, it was truly exceptional.
A special thank you goes to Silvia, who went above and beyond to ensure not only my comfort but also that my parents were exceptionally well cared for. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Silvia is a true gem and an invaluable part of the Six Senses team. I sincerely hope she continues to be part of the group — talent and dedication like hers are rare and irreplaceable.

Stayed at the Six Senses Qingchengshan with family to celebrate the new year. The property was very quaint at the base of the Qingchengshan mountain. The resort was beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. Sofia and Himmel were extremely helpful as the guest service staff. Would highly recommend

This was the most beautiful resort that I have ever been to. I enjoyed a wonderful massage experience and all the staff were very helpful. Alyssa and Sofia were always available to assist me when I needed it. I highly recommend this resort for anyone who wants to relax and escape the city.

Breakfast very nice , chef & staffs are very kind introducing me how to make the vinegar drinks , help to show me the hotel have different style rooms , so I can planning my next trip with my friends to stay here. Very nice place . Absolutely, I will be back

Amazing place BUT...
Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival.
Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc.
Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

Amazing experience! Surrounded by nature in a super well designed space completed with by the care and attention of the butler - Enyu. Enyu was super proactive and paid great attention to the details and ensured that the stay was comfortable! Every little thing from activity planning to food planning, breakfast, etc. Thank you Enyu. Definitely be back.
