Bad service, not very helpful at all.
Staffs are not willing to help with anything.
Staffs could not communicate in English at all, not a single word, and would not even try to use any language translation tools. We tried to ask them to speak into our Google translate, but they just refused.
Unless you can speak fluent Mandarin, please go with other hotels.

This hotel is very close to Blue Bridge and Du Jiang Yan Scenic Spot, about 7-10 mins walking. The hotel is clean and the front desk employees are very friendly.

The front desk receptionist was very enthusiastic and called me early in the morning to tell me in detail how to get to the hotel. The hotel environment is very quiet and clean, especially the hotel terrace is very good. After a day of sightseeing, it is very warm to chat and take a rest with my family on the terrace. The room 220 we stayed in has an exclusive terrace, which is very homely and great. The hotel breakfast is also great and very comfortable.
