The hotel does not have a fixed front desk, and we waited for a long time before someone checked us in. The toiletries and air conditioner remote controls in the room need to be taken elsewhere. The room facilities are dirty and the sound insulation is very poor. The shower head is so dirty that you don't want to use it after just one look. The overall feeling is very dirty and the staff is very unprofessional. They don't even have a system to count check-in information. This doesn't even feel like a hotel, it's just like a guest house.

前台當時自己有情緒吧，一直在打電話，不理人，我們抱着嬰兒當時很熱，衹想快點到房間裏，還態度有點不好，説了過後態度變好，很熱情，訂的80元的投影大床房，房間裏進去好像沒有投影，需要開空調還要給20元空調費，我們住的那個房間裏也沒搜到wifi，房間內沒有衞生紙，老闆衹給了一小卷廁所用那種，第二天早上十一點就在敲門問退不退房，然後快到十二點的時候，又來敲門

本來是兩張1.5米的床 結果給了一張很小的床 ，衞生間下水道還反味道 一股臭味，洗漱用品也不提供 水也不提供，床也很差，大熱天還插電熱毯，真的是無語了
