It is close to Chengdu Neusoft College (about 500 meters), panda Paradise (about 900 meters), Qingcheng Mountain Daojia College (about 1000 meters), Dujiangyan scenic spot (20 minutes drive) and Chengdu rongchuang Paradise (15 minutes drive); There are also Jiezi ancient town (15 minutes drive), Tai'an ancient town (25 minutes drive) and Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Area (25 minutes drive). 房間：面積大，設施比較全，雙卧互不打擾，蚊子很多一定每個房間點蚊香。衞生不行，牆上死蚊子都不清理，有些噁心。
服務：基本就沒有什麼服務，帶到房間就互不見面了，不提供早餐，周邊也沒什麼吃的，頭一天從景區買了吃的第二天微波爐加熱，還好房間有冰箱等。如果做飯需要自己收拾乾淨，否則加收清理費。
停車：別墅區好停車，但是要自己交停車費，整個四川兩週行程唯一一個房價挺高還不免費停車的，這方面應該店家負責比較合理。我記得封頂13，但是開車出去一次交一次。
環境：兩個印象，別墅區環境幽靜，適合清晨散步，像置身公園中。蚊子大大困擾，十一期間還是蚊子很多很多。
784元加中間出車一次3元，第二天退房出車停車費13元，共花費800元。如果不是為了帶父母必須雙卧，確實不會再選擇。但是如果一家人，嗯…也不是不能考慮…反正…哈哈

如果是自駕遊有車的話這個房間絕對棒，在一個很安靜的小區裏但是如果沒有車出去方圓幾公里都沒有吃喝玩的地方，這也是一個問題，另外就是房子裏的空調不是很好，一直開着最強力的暖風還是比較冷。

灰有點大，畢竟民宿也正常，一二樓不能同時洗澡不然二樓是冷水，其它的都還不錯。
送的水果可以。
適合一家人一起住一整間，總體來説推薦指數四顆星，不錯的民宿，但下次要我選我可能會選擇酒店。
