Parking in the community is inconvenient, takeaways cannot enter the community, there is no hot water in the morning, the glass sliding door on the first floor cannot be locked on both sides, and the outside is close to the road, which poses a safety problem. The door of the bedroom with a large bed and the toilet on the 3rd floor cannot be locked. A piece of the living room table (said to be solid wood) was burnt, but it was blocked with a tea tray. After the cake was moved, there were burnt marks. When checking out, they said it was burned by the barbecue. They also provided a takeaway order, but they didn't know how the takeaway was burned. Later, they changed their words and said it was burned by the cake candles. Maybe we are short-sighted and don't know that a small cake candle that burned for less than 1 minute can burn cracks in the solid wood table. When we were playing in Qingcheng Mountain, they kept calling and said that their cleaning staff didn't clean the day before. According to all the problems, we have already reported the check-in video and photos, which seriously affected the mood of playing. It is clear that there were things placed in the burnt position to cover it when we checked in, a table and 2 sets of tea sets, I don't know if there is any particular reason or it is just to cover it. Anyway, they insisted that there was nothing before, and asked for compensation of 500 yuan. They asked them to provide the house situation before check-in to prove that we put it up to cover the video, but they couldn't provide it. I advise everyone to check everything you can after entering, and move away the blocked things to check. It affects the mood during the Chinese New Year!
