I learned from the front desk that the elevator on our floor was broken, so the staff helped us carry the stroller back to the room. There were some debris piled up behind the door through the fire escape stairs, but it did not affect the passage. It may be that the stairwell is often used and cleaned so that it can be used when the elevator is broken; #2 Emergency elevator maintenance in two places: The front desk told us that after the hotel found the elevator problem, it quickly contacted the maintenance personnel to come from Chengdu at 9 o'clock for maintenance. The elevator was finally repaired before 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which was very efficient. #3 The massage function of the bathtub is invalid: I booked a room with an outdoor private bath on the first floor. When I arrived, I found that it was a massage bathtub + DIY medicine bag. At night, when I was ready to take a bath, I found that the massage function button was soft and unresponsive. I suspected that I didn’t know how to fix it. I called the guest room. The duty staff came to see it and fiddled with it for a long time but couldn’t fix it. After checking all the links, they couldn’t find the problem. The massage function start button was definitely broken, so he said that he would ask a colleague from the engineering department to take another look. I saw that it was already half past ten and I refused. It was too late. I repeatedly asked the duty staff to report the situation to the front desk and asked them to pay attention. #4 The layout of the private bath room is compact and wonderful, and the interaction between neighbors is intimate: The outdoor private bath area is next to each other, separated by a low white wall in the middle. The two children next door are doing homework and playing in the water. We can talk to each other in real time, but it seems that there are only two families in the whole row of private bath rooms. People who like to talk and chat with neighbors must not miss it! Don’t come if you don’t like noise. #5 The follow-up talk is very funny: When I checked out, the front desk asked me how my stay was. I said "not very good", and the front desk smiled and replied "OK", which made me laugh! Thanks for the humor! I left the hotel quietly. During the stay, none of the above experiences impressed me. The above unpleasantness has nothing to do with the attitude of any service staff. Does the hotel regularly maintain the facilities in the store and in the room? How can the front desk be assured to hand over such a room to the guests? The human-machine style has been read and replied to the negative feedback from customers. It is hard to imagine that this is the level of 1000+ rooms per night under the famous hotel group Mingyu. Others: The facilities in the room are average, the air conditioning is sufficient, the shuttle bus driver is very enthusiastic and helpful, and my family and I will never choose Qingchengshanzun Hotel and all hotels under Mingyu again. The hotel environment is quiet and the breakfast is also good. The equipment provided is also very attentive. For example, there is a phone in the bathroom, and you can call the hotel if something happens. Disposable bathtub covers and toilet covers are also provided. The battery car picks up the car and delivers it to the hotel parking lot. It is very convenient. There are many restaurants down the mountain.

Without leaving the hotel, the park is super large, the green grass is mixed with the fragrance of various herbs, the five-color hot springs drive away the troubles brought by the hot summer, the viewing bridge is great for taking pictures with an oil-paper umbrella, and the bird-singing brook viewing platform is a single color with the sky and water. Get up early, go to the private mountain forest to watch the beautiful sunrise, return to the restaurant to feast on various delicacies, and make a pot of good tea to share with your family. Isn't it a pleasure to be a fairy for half a day!

Hygiene: Except for the wooden grid for toiletries in the bathroom, which makes people feel uncomfortable due to humidity, everything else is fine. I hope this can be improved.
