The air cond is not cold, very stuffy and cannot be adjusted.
The hotel should not put the giant panda toy on the bed if it is for sale at ¥ 48. The big mineral water which costs ¥ 12 each should not be on sale inside the room. Not all guests are aware they are for sale. These items should be put in the lobby if they are for sale.
The afternoon tea, 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm is a farce. The items on the list are mostly junk food. I suggest that it is better that the hotel provides afternoon tea with snacks, coffee and light food in the lobby or coffee house.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and amenities provided by the hotel.

I stayed here for 2024 Panda Marathon. I have stayed here before and it’s my favourite hotel in Dujiangyan. The room is very nice with a nice view of the mountains. Staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, very close to many nice restaurants and just right to the Balan Mall!!!

Excellent and top hotel. The front desk was so helpful for everything. Especially, help me to bough the device online to test blood pressure when I asked how to get one from a store nearby for my urgent need. Will definitely back for this hotel again

Very good experience. Room was very big and spacious. I especially liked the bathroom size, shower and tub. Got hot milk in the night before sleep.
