Hotel is not lacking in luxurious feel with good size rooms and very well maintained despite not being as new as other hotels. Breakfast was awesome and excellent service from the staffs. Shoutout to 小任and小张from the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Dujiangyan.

The air cond is not cold, very stuffy and cannot be adjusted.
The hotel should not put the giant panda toy on the bed if it is for sale at ¥ 48. The big mineral water which costs ¥ 12 each should not be on sale inside the room. Not all guests are aware they are for sale. These items should be put in the lobby if they are for sale.
The afternoon tea, 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm is a farce. The items on the list are mostly junk food. I suggest that it is better that the hotel provides afternoon tea with snacks, coffee and light food in the lobby or coffee house.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and amenities provided by the hotel.

Excellent and top hotel. The front desk was so helpful for everything. Especially, help me to bough the device online to test blood pressure when I asked how to get one from a store nearby for my urgent need. Will definitely back for this hotel again

The room was very clean, the receptionist was very enthusiastic, and took the initiative to send a small fruit plate and toilet mat. The breakfast was also very rich. . The lady Liu Dong who sent the fruit plate deserves praise 👍. The handwriting is also good. . She also reminded us to book the tickets for Panda Valley in advance, because I did forget to make an appointment. I thought I would make an appointment when I arrived, but fortunately I made an appointment in advance. Otherwise, there would be many people during the Qingming Festival and I would not have made an appointment. The red pandas are so cute, and I watched them up close!
