The hotel doesn't include the ticket!!! The hotel is not high-end anymore... Environment: Parking is convenient, there is a special parking lot. There are still spots for taking photos and checking in. There are inevitably a lot of mosquitoes and the like in the mountains. Room: The room we booked is generally good. There are three floors in total. The second floor is tatami, where people can sleep, but it's a bit empty, and there is no table to put things. The third floor is an open-air hot spring, and the atmosphere is still good. There is a small empty area between the second and third floors, which is still quite good. Disadvantages of the room: There is no full-length mirror!! There is no luggage rack, and the luggage can only be placed on the ground. There are no racks and hooks in the hot spring area, and there is no place to put things and bathrobes. The electric toilet automatically turns on and off inexplicably in the middle of the night. If you don't pay attention to closing the doors and windows in the mountains, there will be a lot of bugs. I didn't buy a membership for the TV!!! Breakfast: Self-service, but there are fewer options. Service: There is a dedicated butler who responds to every request and responds quickly. I like this.

We stayed for three nights. The room was very clean and the facilities were all smart. The hot spring was very comfortable. The housekeeping was very good every day. The environment was so beautiful. The food was delicious. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. I liked the steamed buns and noodle soup the most for breakfast. The service was very good. We accidentally left something behind and they helped to send it home by express. We were very satisfied and highly recommended.
