設施：熊貓家庭房 房間夠大 三個人住在一起 不會覺得侷促
衞生：中規中矩
環境：比較安靜 不會很吵 出酒店不遠 騎單車5分鐘 就能到達當地一處美食聚集地 非常方便
服務：一般 入住當日等了好久才做完衞生
早餐餐廳管理混亂 服務極不到位 八點鐘剛過 吃的喝的都沒了 通知服務員後 根本不理你 詳情見圖
下次到都江堰 應該不會住在這裏了

什麼垃圾酒店，來了前台看你身份證就歧視説，你廣東的啊，廣東現要去做核酸喔！拜託！我又不來自疫區，你們比政府還牛啊，政府都不要求你們要求！我來成都都住了10天，從沒遇到過，來了先不看你綠碼，看你身份證是哪個省的叫你去做核酸。不歧視嗎？這也算了，入住了，發現洗手間一個垃圾袋在那裡，這衞生也是夠可以的！！！而且！！！這個酒店不肯開空調！！！現在是6月啊！！！！半夜被熱醒！！！！！我還沒住過6月不開空調的酒店！！！！垃圾！！！！

酒店環境清幽，晚上睡覺很安靜。前台服務非常好，特別是吳娟，鄭丹，熊梓涵三個前台妹妹態度很好。走的時候還送了我們小公仔，小朋友很開心，非常喜歡。

前台服務非常好，很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，親子房很大很舒適，性價比賊高，因為自己粗心大意忘記東西，酒店工作人員熱心幫忙免費郵寄，非常感謝，總之我們一家三口住的很滿意

酒店位置離景區近，環境舒適。服務周到，入住方便。房間寬敞，配套完善。早餐豐富。最突出的是，相較於多數酒店逢節暴漲的節奏，他家的漲幅不大。值得五星好評和大力推薦！

房間性價比非常高。五一節全家四人出遊，酒店很好，免費加床，服務也非常棒。房間很大，有陽台，空氣清新。僅有衞生間洗澡時候，地漏有點點堵。總之整體滿意，推薦大家都來。我們也會再去。贈送早餐，能吃飽，品類一般。

房間超出了預期，又大又整潔，在成都住的同等價位在這裏享受更好的，要點贊好評的。床很大，睡着超級舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水又大，總之是很愉快的體驗。忘記了，還給孩子準備了小零食和紀念禮物，非常感謝🙏
